You will be contacted for an initial interview before your application is formally accepted. Once accepted, your proposed site will be visited within 10 days. If your proposed site is acceptable you have 30 days to submit the Market Study Form.*

*If we do not receive your Market Study Form within the prescribed period of 30 days, it is assumed that you are no longer pursuing your application.
